Within 3 days (72hrs) of making a purchase you must send us a picture via email of your penis (affected area(s)) prior to starting the Homecure programme.
Make the subject of the email GUARANTEE and email it to gurantee@homecure.co.uk This is because we will not open any emails or attachments with the subject of GUARANTEE unless you ask us for a refund.
Carry out the Homecure Program daily for a minimum of 2 weeks (14days). If the cure has been unsuccessful for you after 14 days then email us requesting a refund. Make the subject REFUND and send to guarantee@homecure.co.uk
We will then email you back requesting that you send us another picture to compare to the initial picture you sent us. This time however we require the picture to be taken with a newspaper in the background that clearly shows a date 14 days after making your purchase.
Once we have received the second picure email we will open both emails and compare the pictures.
If there has not been a visually significant improvement we will issue you with a 100% refund within 24 hours.
